Repeat prescriptions notice

As we are undergoing a system migration on the 19th November patients who will be needing their repeat prescriptions for week commencing 10th and 17th November submit them to the surgery by Monday 3rd November.

We would also ask that if patients do have a supply of medication to see them through the period 10th to 21st November, they re-order after this date
