Are you living with a long-term health condition or caring for someone who is? Join our Education Programme for Patients (EPP) course designed to empower you with the knowledge, confidence, and support to manage your condition and improve your wellbeing.
At Abercynon Fire Station CF45 4RR. Starting 22nd January 2026 to 12th March 2026.
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Session Length: 2.5 hours each
- Time: 10am to 12:30pm
Learn practical skills to manage your condition, improve your lifestyle, and connect with others who understand your journey. All sessions are delivered by trained tutors who have lived experience with long-term health conditions.
