Practice Staff

Our Reception Team provide the administrative backbone to support the clinical team. They are on duty from 8am until 6:30pm Monday to Friday. Their role is to ensure smooth running of the appointment and repeat prescribing functions of the practice as well as dealing with requests for home visits and general enquiries. 

Our Reception team are very experienced, and are trained to help navigate patients to access the most appropriate healthcare service by directing you to the most appropriate service for your condition.

This does mean, that our team will ask you some questions about your appointment request to ensure you receive the best care by getting you to the most appropriate person.
